A compléter au feutre indélébile effaçable à l’alcool avant l’utilisation de l’échafaudage après tous les contrôles notifiés et à effacer à la fin du chantier au démontage de l’échafaudage.
Se fixe sur l’échafaudage, à proximité de l’accès principal.
En l’absence d’intercalaire dument complété, l’échafaudage est déclaré "non conforme", son utilisation est interdite.

Développé en partenariat avec la société FØ-SEC-CH, il est constitué d’un support PVC et d’un intercalaire inscriptible au feutre (effaçable à l’alcool) dont le recto fait apparaître les informations de mise en service et le verso le PV de réception de l’échafaudage.
